1 Plastic coating process flow

Annealing or finishing gasoline washing, chemical degreasing, water washing, pure water washing, water drying, dedusting, spraying ABS plastic coating, leveling, drying or drying (60 ℃, 30min).

2 Spraying construction conditions

The spraying construction temperature is (25 ± 5) ℃. The construction relative humidity is not more than 80%. When the humidity is too high, add CHA-13 or F-1 moisture-proof agent in the paint to prevent the coating from whitening.

3 Construction process parameters

During spraying construction, use thinner to adjust the construction viscosity to 11-13s, and filter with 74 μ m (200 mesh) copper wire mesh. Small caliber spray gun is used, and the pressure of spraying compressed air is 0.35~0.50MPa. The distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is 30~50cm.

4 Paint drying

The thickness of ABS plastic coating is 15-20 μ m, which usually requires 2-3 layers of spraying. The second spraying shall be carried out after the first spraying is dried for 15min. The surface that needs to be bright must also be sprayed with transparent paint. After coating, it can be dried at room temperature or baked at 60 ℃ for 30min.
