At present, after technological transformation, the aluminum profile industry has moved towards the development period of medium and high-grade profiles, and the production and management technologies have made considerable progress. 2. Electrophoretic coating and coating process for aluminum profiles

2.1 Anodic electrophoretic coating for aluminum profile

2.2 Principle and characteristics of electrophoretic coating

2.2.1 Features of electrophoretic coating

⑤ Good coating quality: acrylic resin is cured with amino resin, which ensures high decoration and corrosion resistance of the coating film. 2.3.3 Aluminum profile electrophoresis process equipment

① Electrophoresis tank: aluminum profile electrophoresis tank is mostly designed as a rectangular tank, and its internal size depends on the size of the hanging crane. ⑥ Ion exchange treatment (IR) system: during anodic electrophoresis, the cathode pH value will continue to increase. The use of ion exchange resin system can remove impurities anion and cation in the tank solution, so that the pH value of the tank solution is stable.
