A customer's requirements for appearance after painting

Color difference of paint: Δ E ≤ 3. Spot check: 1 piece of each batch of paint parts of each model shall be sampled, and 3 points shall be measured at random for each piece. The average value shall prevail and shall not exceed the standard requirements. During production, the Production Department shall distinguish the manufacturers of the products passing the incoming inspection to avoid mixed assembly. When all painted parts enter the factory, the visual surface color shall be consistent with the color code. The painted surface shall be free of silver powder, and the painted surface and the buckle shall be gently wiped with a clean white cloth. The white cloth surface shall be free of obvious black dust. Main surface A: upper cover of upper door, upper cover of middle door, lower cover of upper door, lower cover of middle door, front face of upper cover of lower door, top face of upper cover of middle door, upper cover of lower door, front and side bright parts of mesa frame, front face of door handle, and visual surface of display panel cover and other parts assembled on refrigerator door. Side B of secondary surface: top surface of upper door upper cover, upper door lower cover, middle door lower cover, front surface of lower door lower cover, back surface of upper door upper cover, upper door lower cover, lower door upper cover, rough surface of top of counter top, side C of secondary surface: top surface and back surface of lower door lower cover. Secondary surface D: the part covered by trim strip, door seal, etc. after the refrigerator is assembled.  

Side A: a) No visible particles and impurities are allowed. Particles and impurities with spacing greater than 100mm and diameter less than 0.3mm are allowed. b) The painting thickness of the workpiece surface shall be uniform, and there shall be no bottom exposure and local spraying thickness. The surface shall be smooth, fine, and uniform in color, and there shall be no rough orange peel and flow scar marks.  

Side B: a) It is allowed to have uniformly dispersed particles and impurities with spacing greater than 100mm and diameter less than 0.3mm, and two particles and impurities with spacing greater than 100mm and diameter of 0.3-0.5mm are allowed. b) The painting thickness of the workpiece surface shall be uniform, and there shall be no bottom exposure and local spraying thickness. The surface shall be flat and smooth, and the color shall be uniform, and there shall be no rough orange peel and flow scar marks.
