Amorphous material with medium fluidity and high moisture absorption must be fully dried. Plastic parts with shiny surface must be preheated and dried for a long time at 80-90 ℃ for 3 hours;

High material temperature and high mold temperature are suitable, but the material temperature is too high and easy to decompose (decomposition temperature is>270 degrees). For plastic parts with high precision, the mold temperature should be 50-60 degrees, and for high gloss and heat resistant plastic parts, the mold temperature should be 60-80 degrees;

If it is necessary to solve the water inclusion, it is necessary to improve the fluidity of materials, adopt the methods of high material temperature, high mold temperature, or change the water level;

If heat-resistant or flame-retardant materials are formed, plastic decomposition will remain on the surface of the mold after 3-7 days of production, which will cause the mold surface to shine. The mold needs to be cleaned in time, and the exhaust position needs to be increased on the mold surface;

Fast cooling speed, mold gating system The principle of coarse and short should be followed. The cold material hole should be set and the gate should be large, such as direct gate, disc gate or sector gate, but the increase of internal stress should be prevented. If necessary, the adjustable gate can be used. The mould should be heated and wear-resistant steel should be selected;

The material temperature has a great impact on the quality of plastic parts. If the material temperature is too low, it will cause material shortage, surface tarnishing, disordered silver wires. If the material temperature is too high, it is easy to overflow, and silver wires are dark, and the plastic parts are discolored and blistered;

Mold temperature has a great impact on the quality of plastic parts. When the mold temperature is low, the shrinkage, elongation, impact strength, bending, compression and tensile strength are low. When the mold temperature exceeds 120 ° C, the plastic parts are slow to cool, easy to deform and stick, difficult to demould, and long molding cycle;

The molding shrinkage is small, which is prone to melting cracking and stress concentration. Therefore, the molding conditions should be strictly controlled during molding, and the molded parts should be annealed after molding;

The melting temperature is high, the viscosity is high, and it is not sensitive to shearing. For plastic parts larger than 200g, screw injection machines should be used. The nozzle should be heated, and the open extension nozzle should be used. The injection speed is medium to high.
