When debugging and maintaining the equipment, the main power must be cut off. When operating the automatic paint spraying equipment, wear work clothes and fasten the cuffs. Female comrades must wear work caps and put braids into the caps; Do not wear gloves, scarves, etc. for operation. The shaft, chain, pulley, belt and other running parts of the equipment shall be provided with protective cover and plate for Wuhan paint spraying.
The automatic painting production line must be commissioned before starting to work, and the work can be started only after all parts are running normally. Attention: if ignition once or twice fails; It is better to air open the combustion fan for a while to discharge the gas in the furnace before the second test run. The passageway in the workshop shall be equipped with facilities to eliminate the ventilation and prevent the spread of fire, such as automatic fire doors, fire and smoke dampers, water curtains, etc.
All processes using toxic, irritant and flammable substances shall be placed in a separate plant, or arranged in a specially separated section of the plant. Wuhan shall spray paint and be equipped with personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment. In case of any abnormal condition or other faults during the operation of the self spraying equipment, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the equipment shall be stopped for maintenance.
Equipment operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, operation and maintenance methods of various machines, and assign special personnel to use and take charge of them. Most of the equipment is surrounded by combustibles, and fireworks are strictly prohibited in Wuhan spray painting. The filter at the air supply outlet shall be checked once a month and cleaned. If the filter is damaged, it shall be replaced in time.
When it is necessary to reach the work post above the equipment safely, an overpass with protective railings and stairs shall be installed. The plant floor and overpass passage shall be laid with anti-skid floor. If the assembly line is walking over the work area, a protective net must be laid below it to prevent objects from falling.
The non-woven fabrics and bag filters in the dynamic pressure chamber and static pressure chamber shall be cleaned once a week. When the differential pressure is greater than 3000Pa, they shall be replaced in time. The surplus paint and waste paint, etc., shall be separately stacked in the special paint warehouse in Wuhan. Exhaust duct: clean it once a month, and clean it in time if there is obvious paint stain. There shall be no stacking equipment, objects and wires across the pedestrian passageway, and the width of the passageway shall not be less than 1m.
