Discussion on four properties of plastic spraying assembly line

Now the plastic spraying assembly line has been widely used for the coating operation of single piece or small batch of workpieces. The reason why it is widely used is that the plastic spraying factory has the advantages that four other assembly lines cannot replace. The four advantages are:

1、 The suspending conveyor is the conveying system of industrial assembly line and coating line. The accumulating suspending conveyor is applied to the storage shelves with L=10-14M and the coating line of alloy steel pipes for special-shaped street lamps. The workpiece is hoisted on the special hanger, and the turnout is smooth. The turnout is opened and closed by the electrical control according to the work order.

2、 The small cyclone and filter element recovery device in powder spraying are more advanced and fast color changing powder recovery devices. It is recommended to select imported products for the key parts of the powder spraying system, and all components such as the powder spraying room and the electric mechanical elevator should be made in China.

3、 Oven drying is one of the important equipment in the coating production line. According to the production program, it can be divided into single room and pass through type. The equipment forms are straight through type and bridge type. The hot air circulation oven has good thermal insulation, uniform temperature in the furnace, and less heat loss. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than plus or minus 30 degrees Celsius, which can meet the performance indicators of similar products in advanced countries.

4、 The electrical control of painting and coating assembly line has centralized and single row control. The centralized control of the plastic spraying plant can use the programmable controller to control the host machine, automatically control each process, collect data, monitor and alarm according to the prepared control program. Single row control is the most commonly used control mode in the coating production line. Each process is controlled in a single row. The electric control box is set near the equipment, which has low cost, intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.
