1. Ceramic coated piston rod and plunger

Features: plasma spraying and explosive spraying technology are used to spray special ceramic coatings on the surface of plungers and piston rods in various hydraulic cylinders and reciprocating pumps. Its outstanding features are as follows:

(1) The ceramic coating and the steel matrix form a composite structure, which effectively uses the advantages of both, with high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

(2) Low friction coefficient, low energy consumption, reduce friction energy consumption;

(3) Less abrasion of sealing packing or dual parts, reducing maintenance;

(4) Its service life is 3~6 times longer than that of chrome plated parts, which belongs to environmental protection coating technology.

Application: It is widely applicable to reciprocating pump plunger and hydraulic cylinder piston rod used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, medicine, food, power, metallurgy, ships, water treatment, water conservancy, military industry, etc.

2. Ceramic coated mechanical seal

Features: Mechanical seal (or end face seal) is an advanced sealing component of rotating machinery used in various pumps, reaction kettles, compressors, turbines, engineering machinery, armored vehicles and ships. The mechanical seal dynamic ring is made by spraying composite ceramic and metal carbide coating on the metal substrate, which has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient and low energy consumption, It has less wear on the stationary ring, long service life and less maintenance times. It plays an important role in reducing or even eliminating "running, emitting, dripping and leaking". 3. Special ceramic coating resistant to aluminum and zinc corrosion

Features: Molten aluminum and zinc are highly active and known as the "solvent" of various metals. They can react with various metals to form intermetallic compounds, which severely erode metals and become a major problem in aluminum and zinc nonferrous metallurgy industry. With special ceramic and cermet coating, it has excellent comprehensive properties such as high temperature resistance, small wetting angle, corrosion resistance to aluminum and zinc liquid, wear resistance to aluminum and zinc plated parts, and significantly extends the life of metal parts in contact with aluminum and zinc liquid.

Service temperature: 680~720 ℃ (aluminum),~460 ℃ (zinc)

4. High temperature erosion resistant coating of boiler water wall pipe

Features: The boiler water wall tube is one of the key components of the power plant boiler, which operates under the conditions of high temperature, corrosion, erosion and thermal shock for a long time. Premature shutdown for maintenance and replacement will cause great losses: a 300000 kilowatt boiler will generate 7.2 million kilowatt hours less power per day of shutdown. 5. Special ceramic coating for molybdenum alloy

Features: Special ceramic coating is coated on the molybdenum alloy substrate with high melting point, which has excellent characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance to molten glass, and no pollution to the glass melt.

Performance: coating thickness: 0.3~1.0mm

Service temperature: 1200~1400 ℃

Service environment: high-temperature air oxidation, molten glass erosion

Service life: 3~6 times longer than uncoated molybdenum alloy

Application: Molybdenum electrode for special glass melting furnace, high-temperature heat-resistant alloy resistant to high-temperature oxidation, etc.

6. High emissivity energy-saving ceramic coating

Features: advanced plasma spraying technology is used to spray special ceramic composite powder to make far-infrared and infrared radiation coatings with high emissivity, achieving significant energy saving purposes.

Main technical indicators:

(1) Thermal emissivity: 0.88~0.90 (higher than the national standard: 0.83);

(2) It does not contain components of adhesive heat radiating agent, has no thermal aging peeling problem, and has a long service life of more than one year;

(3) Compared with the far-infrared coating, the radiation area is increased by 10~30%;

Applications: far-infrared heating plates, tubes and heaters used in food baking, grain baking, coating heating and curing, printing and dyeing, and civil electric heaters for low-temperature (100~300 ℃) dehydration treatment;

Furnace wall, muffle tank, radiant tube, refractory brick surface, etc. for high temperature (700~1100 ℃) heating.

7. Large hot rolled seamless steel pipe plug

Features: The hot rolled seamless steel pipe plug with nickel base superalloy matrix and composite tungsten carbide P6311 (Ni+WC) high temperature (1050 ℃) impact wear resistance is prepared on 45 # steel substrate by plasma spray welding technology, replacing the original integral material Cr17Ni2Mo plug.

Main technical indicators:

(1) The service life is more than 4 times longer than that of the original plug.
