Electrostatic plastic spraying is to use an electrostatic generator to charge the plastic powder, adsorb it on the surface of iron plate or other products, and then bake it at 180~220 ℃ to make the powder melt and adhere to the surface of metal or other objects. Plastic spraying products are mostly used for indoor boxes, and the paint film presents a flat or matte effect. Spray powder mainly includes acrylic powder, polyester powder, etc. Because of its many advantages, it is now used more and more widely. Today, we will talk about the requirements for inspecting the appearance defects of the spray molded products in Wuhan:

1. Damage and deformation: the surface of plastic sprayed products shall not be damaged or deformed, and the surface shall be flat without corner warping or bending.

2. Pits: There shall be no flake of pits on the surface of plastic sprayed products, and they are allowed to be scattered and trace.

3. Scratches: there shall be no scratches on the surface of the plastic sprayed products, let alone too deep scratches. Wuhan plastic sprayed products shall not leak out of the bottom plate; There shall be no scratches on the surface of plastic sprayed products, and only dispersion and trace are allowed.

4. Water leakage and rust: no water leakage is allowed for plastic sprayed products, and the waterproof test must be carried out first for the inspection of plastic sprayed products. Take 2% of each batch of plastic sprayed products for waterproof test, put toilet paper at the bottom of the box, install screws and tighten the plastic sprayed products, seal the plug holes with adhesive tape, flush the top, front and back of the plastic sprayed products under the tap for 20 minutes, and then wipe the surface of the plastic sprayed products dry. Check whether the plastic sprayed products and toilet paper are wet. If not, it is qualified. After the waterproof test, all products shall be opened, and the box bottom shall be placed under strong light for light transmission inspection. The four corners of the box bottom shall be free of light transmission, cracks, lack of welding, and loopholes; The joint surface of the upper and lower covers shall be flat and chamfered smoothly, and no notch, crack or deformation is allowed; The size of waterproof rubber pad is appropriate, aging, unevenness and damage are not allowed, and the rubber pad material must be consistent with the sample.

5. Gap: the plastic sprayed product should be waterproof, and there are also requirements for the gap. Scratches due to friction are not allowed.
