Three Environmental Protection Coating Processes for FRP Products

1. Dipping and spraying process

Dipping process is suitable for small and regular products; The spraying process is suitable for products with large surface area and regular shape. The key point of this process lies in the control of heating temperature and the number of additives during coating configuration. The technical difficulty lies in the electrostatic conduction of FRP.

It is similar to the electrostatic plastic spraying process, but it omits the electrostatic conduction requirements for FRP products in the electrostatic plastic spraying process, and the powder plasticizing temperature is low. The powder impregnation process is important to apply to high temperature resistant thick wall FRP products, especially the surface coating of products with special function requirements, to increase the function of products.
